My February mosaic looks a little pitiful, but that's partly because I didn't take photos of everything. I managed to make a long sleeved washi dress (you can see it here) and a schoolhouse tunic (some of which is peeping out from under a quilt here) just before heading off to Austin. There was also some secret sewing but you will have to wait a couple of weeks to see that.
I am horribly behind on all my bees - I failed to make a single February block. Hopefully I won't get put in detention.

I'm sure you won't end up in detention, at least not in Stingy detention, I can't vouch for the others ;o)
ReplyDeleteYou have been a little naughty, but then you did have a lot of fun at Quiltcon, and you posted lots of fun pictures, so I'm thinking you'll be forgiven! I love all of your makes. :o)
ReplyDeleteGreat makes though!
ReplyDeleteYour cards have been marked (and I am not even in a Bee with you!) xxx
ReplyDeleteWho would put YOU in detention? They wouldn't dare :)
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to chime in to say it was lovely to meet you at QuiltCon. I'm one of the Emily's friends from our guild. We all had a great time didn't we? Congrats on your well deserved ribbons! Sarah
ReplyDeleteNot enough photos? Ha, you were too busy playing across the pond, admit it ;o)
ReplyDeleteReally, you have two perfect excuses you could have used to avoid detention (left them on the plane, or my puppy ate my blocks), so if you do get it, it's really your own fault ;)
ReplyDeleteGood looking month. Plus there was the whole overseas holiday trip.
Beautiful makes Charlotte and I love your clothes makes too. I have found a blouse (I don't like that word...shirt?...top?) I want to make..just need to buy some yardage!
ReplyDeleteJust read this blog post... did you teach Jacquie Gering how to say Scissors at QuiltCon?! http://tallgrassprairiestudio.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/what-i-do-when-i-cant-sleep.html
ReplyDeleteThat teabag wallet is genius
Great projects. I have been wondering about making the picture mosaic. Would you be willing to tell me how you do it?
ReplyDeleteawesome finishes for the month! :) I love them all!
ReplyDeleteHaha I was going to say definitely detention but the headmistress seems to have let you off!
ReplyDeleteI am in awe that you can make garments. I am deathly afraid of what will happen if I attempt to make an article that supposedly should fit a body.
ReplyDeleteYou were so well dressed during Quiltcon!
